1. International Returns

Due to cross border nature, international return shipping costs, customs duties, and related fees are borne by the Customer.

2. Defective Products

Claims must be supported by photo/video evidence within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non Returnable Situations

Products delayed, seized, or rejected by customs authorities are non refundable.
